Brief Story : |
there are many different renditions of this one - there is one from the preindependent era, where the song feels like, it emerges only in the second line, there's one by Asha Bhosle with a really faster beat than the above-mentioned. Then there's one by Ram Marathe. Now, I dont like Ram Marathe's rendition of certain songs, like, "kashi nAche chhamAchham". He sounds too strained. But, his rendition when he was a lot younger were amazing! (nurale mAnas udAs, devA dharile sharaNa, etc.). He probably trained under Master Krishna Rao, basing this on their renditions of sanAtana nAda hA which sound very similar.
